Meet Jennifer Goldstein

I’m now in my 50s! This milestone reflects my extensive journey in health and wellness. I started gymnastics and dance at age three and have stayed active ever since. I earned a B.A. in Psychology with a minor in Dance Education in my early 20s and trained with a regional dance company until my late 30s, while also working in mental health.
In 2004, I trained in Bikram yoga and opened my own studio in 2006. With nearly 20 years of yoga teaching and around 20,000 classes, I have a deep understanding of physical and mental health. In my early 40s, I became dedicated to the gym, participating in fitness competitions, which broadened my knowledge and connected me with amazing trainers.
I share this to show that my expertise comes from real experience, not trends. With so much misleading information in food and fitness today, it’s vital to have guidance from someone who understands the journey.
My goal is to help others achieve strength, flexibility, mobility, weight loss, and overall well-being at any age. With the right information and motivation, you can feel great in your body every day. Your health is invaluable. Remember, age is just a number.
